Domino’s lines up for new Palm Beach Pavilions store

Domino’s is now delivering safe, piping hot pizzas to Palm Beach locals from its new location in the newly renovated Pavilions Palm Beach Shopping Centre. 

The move to Pavilions, about two blocks south of the store’s previous location, has allowed Dominos to occupy a larger and more contemporary premises. 

Dominos has secured a seven year lease with a five year option on a 125sqm space in Pavilions, which has undergone a $60 million expansion led by centre owners Consolidated Properties Group and CVS Lane Capital Partners.

Domino’s Gold Coast Regional Manager Michael Gillett said Pavilions offers the right location, exposure and setting as the business continues to grow and the team are excited to be sharing their passion for pizza with the local community from the brand new store.

“The new store is amazing, it’s bigger and in a great location to be able to easily deliver to many customers with our new zero contact practices, helping our local community stay home and providing them with a safe, freshly prepared meal,” Michael said.

“We understand that it is a privilege to continue to feed the community during this time, we’re committed to delivering hot, fresh meals for as long as it’s safe to do so.”

During this challenging time, Michael said the team is looking forward to giving back to the local community and thanking those on the front line.

“We love giving back to the communities in which we operate and as just one small way we can say thank you, we’re looking to help feed the front line, delivering meals to the men and women who are working hard to keep us safe and our society moving.”

Consolidated Properties Group National Manager for Retail Leasing Rob Clifton says Pavilions retailers are working together to continue trading with new rules in place. 

“We’ve been really pleased to see different businesses coming up with safe ways to continue serving customers. The majority of stores at Pavilions are still trading, albeit a little differently,” he said.

“The locals have been fantastic in continuing to support these businesses and as landlords we are working to assist our tenants too.”

Pavilions Palm Beach includes a new 3,700sqm Coles supermarket, alongside 29 specialty stores.
