Bunnings Capalaba is a purpose designed retail warehouse developed for Bunnings. The 1.3 hectare site was sourced by Consolidated Properties Group from the Redland Shire Council and the design and construction (including approvals) of the 8,500m² building were completed in 12 months to facilitate the trading start requirements of the tenant.
