TH7 Expands in Queensland, Signing a 10-year Lease at Yeerongpilly Green

Leading Australian recovery, wellness and longevity group TH7 has unveiled its latest and most advanced clinic to date, a world-class hub, at the YG Riverside Village retail precinct at Yeerongpilly Green in Brisbane’s inner south.

TH7 has signed a 10-year lease at YG Riverside Village for a 250sqm recovery and wellness centre, opening its doors on Saturday 5 October and bringing TH7’s comprehensive range of science-based wellness and recovery protocols to Yeerongpilly.

Featuring advanced world-class equipment such as traditional and infrared saunas, and red light therapy, the new facility caters to diverse health needs with seven proprietary wellness protocols, including the Nordic protocol.

The Yeerongpilly clinic will also be the first TH7 facility to incorporate major innovations including Nordic rain showers and mechanical ventilation in the traditional saunas to optimise air quality and CO2 levels.

TH7 co-founder Tom Harvey says the business, which is in a growth period, chose Yeerongpilly Green as the home for its latest centre because of its strategic location and the opportunity to showcase a larger range of innovative, industry-leading recovery, wellness and longevity services.

“We’re here to build a community of people we can get to know and support on their wellness journey” he said.

“While it is our third clinic to open to date, as a business we consider TH7 Yeerongpilly to be the prototype for the future of our business.

“We’re able to offer our clients access to our most extensive range of equipment at an affordable price and believe the new centre is setting the vision as we expand throughout Queensland and beyond.”

Harvey says TH7 is focused on delivering centres designed with the local community in mind, intent on fostering proactive approaches to health and well-being throughout Queensland and beyond.

“TH7 was born from the belief that the latest performance, recovery and wellness therapies should be available to ‘every body’. We all rely on our bodies and regardless of you being a weekend warrior, a busy parent, part of a sports team, an active retiree, or simply someone works in a high-stress environment, our science-based protocols will help you relax, reset and feel energised.”

“At TH7 Yeerongpilly, we’re committed to providing an innovative experience that not only helps our clients recover but also empowers them to feel better and live younger.”

Joining the mix of retailers, dining options, and health services at the 11,600 sqm YG Riverside Village retail hub from Consolidated Properties Group and CVS Lane Capital Partners, TH7’s new clinic helps to further cement the centre as Yeerongpilly Green’s premier destination for fitness, wellness and recovery.

Rob Clifton, National Manager for Retail Leasing at Consolidated Properties Group, welcomed TH7 to YG Riverside, highlighting the vital role the centre will play in enhancing the local community’s health and wellness landscape.

“We’re excited to welcome TH7 to our growing roster of premium health and fitness offerings in Yeerongpilly. We’ve seen the YG Riverside Goodlife gym go from strength to strength since its opening attracting more than 5,000 members.

“Given the range of services on offer at TH7 Yeerongpilly, guests to the centre can focus on recovery, relaxation or wellness in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment.

“TH7 is an evidence-based, premium wellbeing and recovery centre that adds to our growing fitness and health tenancies at YG Riverside Village.

“We’ve continued to enhance our tenant mix, aiming to meet the community’s needs, and we believe TH7 is a brand that does this for the local community at Yeerongpilly.”
